Martin McQuillan looks at Scotland’s first strategy on international education

The Scottish government has published its first International Education Strategy. It is probably more notable for what is not in it than for what is.

There is, for example, no mention of the long-mooted alternative to Erasmus+. Rather, there is a nod to something that looks a bit Erasmus-y, but which doesn’t really cut the mustard.
