James Davies says there is “no evidence” of £3.4 million going to universities as intended

An MP has raised concerns that the Welsh government is not spending money on universities that was intended for them.

Welsh Conservative MP James Davies said in parliament on 10 January that there is “no evidence” the Welsh government is spending £3.4 million from the Regional Innovation Fund on its intended purpose.
