International cyber-security conference confirmed

The foreign secretary, William Hague, is to host an international conference on cybercrime and security on 1 and 2 November.

Hague committed the government to a conference in a speech in February, when he gave the aim as discussing “norms of acceptable behaviour in cyberspace”.
