NHS looks to business and charities for reform directors

The Department of Health has appointed four non-executive directors to the NHS Commissioning Board, which will oversee changes within the health service.

The appointments include Margaret Casely-Hayford, director of legal services at John Lewis Partnership plc; Moira Gibb, a civil service Commissioner; Naguib Kheraj, vice chairman of Barclays Bank Plc; and Victor Adebowale, cross-bench peer and chief executive of the social care enterprise Turning Point.
