Procurement reform on the way in Scotland

The Scottish government’s programme for the new parliamentary year, released on 4 September, promises to improve economic growth with sustainable public procurement, support for innovation and capital spending.

Among the 15 bills on the agenda, which include the ‘flagship’ referendum bill, is a procurement reform bill.
