Controls on the number of students that alternative higher education providers can accept will not be imposed until 2014-15, the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills has announced.
Small providers will remain exempt even beyond 2014-15, BIS has said. The announcements come after a consultation launched by BIS on 28 November 2012.
