Animal Plant and Health Agency gets new boss as it upgrades

Former Intellectual Property Office deputy, David Holdsworth, appointed as chief executive of agency

The UK’s Animal and Plant Health Agency, which is receiving a major funding boost from the government over the next few years, has a new chief executive, David Holdsworth.

Holdsworth was previously deputy CEO of the UK Intellectual Property Office and has had senior roles at the Charity Commission and Home Office.
