Christopher Johnson, professor from Queen’s University Belfast, will join Department for Science, Innovation and Technology

The UK’s Department for Science, Innovation and Technology has appointed Christopher Johnson as its first chief scientific adviser.

Johnson (pictured) will join Dsit in July from Queen’s University Belfast, where he is currently pro vice-chancellor for engineering and physical sciences, Dsit announced on 23 April.
