The Natural Environment Research Council is to invest up to £5 million in a pilot review of capital funding needs in the UK's environmental sciences.
The review will inform NERC’s efforts to develop a long-term method for identifying and supporting strategic capital priorities.
Eligible research organisations have been invited to submit one proposal each for a capital investment.
