Royal Society of Edinburgh calls for clarification of RCUK’s role

The Royal Society of Edinburgh has said that the powers of Research Councils UK will need to be clarified if it is to play a greater role in co-ordinating the work of the research councils.

In its submission to the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills’ triennial review of the research councils, the RSE praises the work of RCUK as a strategic partnership of the research councils.
