To coincide with the launch of its programme on the resilience of the UK food system, the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council is holding an event to bring together researchers in relevant fields.
The event will be held on 20 July at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London. Researchers from biological, environmental and social sciences, as well as policymakers and representatives from industry, are invited.
The event will include a guide to the programme’s calls and a workshop on how it can help to inform policy and address industry needs. Two hours in the afternoon have been set aside for "elevator pitches" and networking.
