Brexit flagship seeks second-in-command

The Economic and Social Research Council’s UK in a Changing Europe initiative is looking for a deputy director.

The successful candidate will work alongside the project’s principal investigator, Anand Menon of King’s College London, and will also have the opportunity to undertake their own research related to the programme, the ESRC said on 24 July. 

The UK in a Changing Europe initiative supports independent research into the relationship between the UK and the European Union. The initiative is funded by the ESRC and based at King’s College London. In a relatively short space of time it has become the dominant voice for academia in the Brexit debate.
