Researchers from UK and China will collaborate on five offshore renewable energy and technology focused projects with total funding of nearly £4 million.
The winners of the Joint UK-China Offshore Renewable Energy programme, funded from the Newton Fund, were announced in a statement on 7 September.
The programme, administered by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council and the Natural Environment Research Council, has attracted additional funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
