The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council has appointed a director of research computing.
Mark Parsons, director of the Edinburgh Parallel Computing Centre and associate dean for e-research at the University of Edinburgh, will take up the role on 1 February, EPSRC announced on 30 January.
