Strathclyde research hub to tackle workplace productivity

£1.5m hub will be finding out ‘what works’ and supporting transfer of lessons into businesses

A new multidisciplinary research hub will aim to improve UK productivity through better management and employee engagement.

Hosted by Strathclyde Business School, the Productivity Outcomes of Workplace Practice, Engagement and Learning Hub (PrOPEL) is funded with £1.5 million from the Economic and Social Research Council’s Strategic Priorities Fund.
