UKRI appoints 16 members to eight of its councils

The council members will advise and make decisions on scientific, research and innovation matters

UK Research and Innovation has appointed 16 members from across higher education, industry, policy and civil society to eight of its nine councils.

All councils, apart from the Arts and Humanities Research Council, will get at least one new member, with most new members going to Economic and Social Research Council, Natural Environment Research Council, and Science and Technology Facilities Council.
