The UK needs more graduates with experience of living and working abroad, says a report by the Council for Industry and Higher Education.
The report, Global Graduates into Global Leaders, argues that while the UK is strong in attracting overseas students, its own students are “reluctant to take up transnational exchange opportunities such as Erasmus”.
