The UK Border Agency has confirmed that “genuine” students at London Metropolitan University can continue their studies at the university “until their course has ended or the end of the academic year, whichever is sooner”.
The statement follows a 21 September ruling in which Justice Irwin granted the university permission to apply for a judicial review.
