The Office for Fair Access has urged universities to do more to evaluate their current widening access measures as part of its guidance on access agreements for 2014-15.
The guidance, published on 17 January, is the first to be published by OFFA under the leadership of former vice-chancellor Les Ebdon. It sets out what it expects from English universities that wish to charge above £6,000 in tuition fees in the academic year 2014-15. Agreements are due by 8 April 2013.
