1994 Group appoints top Conservative party official as director of research

The 1994 Group of smaller, research-intensive universities has appointed Robert Kaye, a former chief of staff to Conservative party co-chairs Sayeeda Warsi and Andrew Feldman, as its director of research.

Kaye, who has also worked as a research officer at the London School of Economics and Political Science, has worked for the Conservative party since 2007.
