Shell donates research site to University of Chester

Shell is to donate its Shell Thornton Research Site to the University of Chester. The university will also receive all of the site’s equipment.

Commenting on the donation, Stephen Mosley, Conservative MP for Chester, said “The facilities at Thornton are world class, and I cannot wait for our students and local businesses to be able to benefit from them.”
