University College London’s constitution unit is to stage a citizens’ assembly to collect voter opinions to help shape the UK’s exit from the European Union.
The unit will work with the University of Southampton, the University of Westminster, advisory group Involve and the Electoral Reform Society. The assembly will be held in Manchester over two weekends: 9 September and 30 September.
The project is part of the Changing Europe initiative, funded by the Economic and Social Research Council.
