New centre to engage on “ethical implications of scientific discovery and its impact on society”
The University of Cambridge has announced the launch of the Kavli Centre for Ethics, Science, and the Public, which it says will “foster global conversations about ethical issues raised by science”.
The centre is a collaboration between the university and Wellcome Connecting Science, which provides training on the application of genomics in healthcare, with funding from The Kavli Foundation.
