Report by former science minister calls for much stronger Anglo-Indian educational ties

The UK government should develop a tuition loan system for students from India to encourage more to study in the UK, according to a report published today by King’s College London’s Policy Institute and the Harvard Kennedy School.

The paper, Natural Partners: Building a Comprehensive UK-India Knowledge Partnership, calls for a credit transfer system to encourage students to come and go more flexibly between institutions in India and the UK.
