Group aims to bring together researchers to create a supportive peer environment

The University Alliance, the membership body for technical and professional universities, has launched a network to support LGBTQ+ postgraduate researchers.

The new network, announced on 16 February, aims to bring together researchers from its Doctoral Training Alliance (DTA) programme to create a supportive peer environment for socialising, enabling academic research connections and to tackle isolation during the pandemic.
