Leon Terry will be responsible for “driving excellence”

Leon Terry has been appointed pro-vice-chancellor for research and innovation at Cranfield University, a specialist postgraduate university that employs around 1,500 staff.

Terry (pictured), who is currently director of environment and agrifood at the institution, will take up the post on 1 August and will be responsible for “continuing to drive excellence” in Cranfield’s research, the university said on 14 May.
