Using both “science superpower” and “innovation nation” slogans risks “decoupling” the two, says Swansea vice-chancellor
The fluidity of science and innovation is “not properly appreciated” by the UK government, the vice-chancellor of Swansea University told a conference on research and innovation on 10 November, held by Universities UK.
