Ucea says offer will be “financially challenging” for higher education institutions
The chair of the Universities and Colleges Employers Association has said that its final pay offer for 2022-23 represents the “best possible outcome” for universities and staff.
Ucea, which represents employers in negotiations over pay and conditions, has met with the University and College Union three times in recent weeks to conclude its offer—with the third and final meeting taking place on 5 May.
