National Student Survey shows slight improvement in satisfaction, but score still lags behind pre-pandemic period
Overall UK student satisfaction levels have improved slightly in the past year but remain historically low, according to the latest National Student Survey of final-year students.
According to the 2022 NSS, published by the Office for Students (OfS) on 6 July, 76.3 per cent of the 325,000 students canvassed said that they were satisfied with the overall quality of their course, up from 75.4 per cent last year.
