OfS confirms it will start monitoring course outcomes

England’s universities regulator to push ahead with controversial plan to introduce numerical threshold measures

The Office for Students has confirmed plans to monitor university courses on numerical outcome thresholds, including the proportion of graduates who go on to “professional” jobs and the number of students completing their courses.

England’s universities regulator announced on 26 July that a revised condition of registration relating to student outcomes will come into force for all registered providers from October, following a consultation.
