Northern Irish universities to end use of NDAs for harassment

Institutions back pledge against use of non-disclosure agreements in cases of sexual harassment or bullying

Universities in Northern Ireland have committed to end the use of non-disclosure agreements in cases of sexual harassment and bullying.

All five of Northern Ireland’s higher education institutions have signed a pledge promising not to use NDAs when staff or students come forward to report abuse.
