‘Unacceptable’ that Btec students are still awaiting results

NUS says those students who have not yet received their grades have been ‘let down’

The National Union of Students has said it is “absolutely unacceptable” that some Btec students are still waiting for their exam results almost a week after they were due to be published, placing their university plans on hold.

While hundreds of thousands of A-level students received their grades on 18 August, some Btec students have yet to receive their grades—meaning they do not yet know if they can take up a place at university, or pursue the next step in their careers.
