Pearson confirms Level 3 grades with one week delay, ending uncertainty for university applicants

The exam board Pearson has finally awarded Btec grades to university applicants, a week after they were due to be published, placing students’ university plans on hold until today.

While hundreds of thousands of A-level students received their grades on 18 August, some Btec students were yet to receive their results—until today—meaning they did not know if they can take up a place at university or pursue the next step in their careers.
