New requirements on student progression will come into force next week
Minimum expectations for the proportion of students who should complete their courses and be in “professional” work or further study after they graduate will come into force next week.
England’s regulator the Office for Students published the minimum thresholds for higher education courses to meet on 30 September, which were set after a consultation with the sector. Initial suggestions on what the thresholds would be were published in July.
