Former minister will work on policy related to achieving net zero climate emissions
Former universities and science minister Chris Skidmore has been appointed as professor of practice at the University of Bath, where his work will focus on net zero policy.
Skidmore, who had two separate stints as the minister responsible for higher education between 2018 and 2020, announced in November that he would not run for re-election as an MP at the next general election.
