Universities in north England seek ‘better culture for technicians’

N8 Research Partnership commits to improving research environments for technical professionals

A collection of universities in the north of England has pledged 10 commitments to improve the culture and environment for research technical professionals, in response to the UKRI-Research England Talent Commission report.

The N8 Research Partnership, which represents eight universities in Durham, Lancaster, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield and York, published its response to the 2022 report on Tuesday (13 February) following consultation with its members.
