Universities ‘must go further’ to tackle campus sexual assaults

UUK guidance relating to university assaults updated

Universities must do more to tackle the scourge of sexual assaults on campus, the president of Universities UK has said as the group published updated guidance on the issue.

Sally Mapstone said that while “much work” had been done, it was “clear that the sector needs to go further” and build on progress to date.
