Every university in the UK regrets the UK’s decision to leave the EU, the vice-chancellor of Swansea University has said.

Speaking on 11 April to the European University Association conference, which is being held at his university, Paul Boyle spoke of the UK-EU ties that were “sadly lost” when the UK left the EU.
