EUA conference: Battle “not yet won” as vice-chancellors want commitment to EU’s next R&I programme
Universities are pushing for the UK government to commit to the EU’s next research and innovation programme as early as possible, a vice-chancellor has revealed.
UK institutions were overjoyed when the country finally associated to the EU’s research funding programme Horizon Europe at the start of this year, after three years of being locked out due to political disputes following Brexit.
