David Mills takes over from longstanding director Simon Marginson at Centre for Global Higher Education
The Centre for Global Higher Education has named University of Oxford anthropologist David Mills as its new director.
Mills, who is associate professor in pedagogy and the social sciences at Oxford, takes over from Simon Marginson, who has led the CGHE since its inception almost nine years ago.
