Chair: Thank you all for coming to the cross-Whitehall disaster management group, or as we have decided to call it, in line with the new civil service communication simplification and plain speaking guidelines, Cross Whitehall. Perhaps we could go around the table and introduce ourselves. I am Francis Ringwood, head of policy penetration in the Cabinet Office. The PM has asked me to look into this one while she is occupied by Brexit.
