In vino veritas Seasons of mist and mellow fruitfulness, as they like to say down at the Royal Agricultural University. This year the university’s own vineyard in the Cotswolds is enjoying a record harvest.

Exceptional sunshine during the summer months has been perfect for grape production: the 2.6 hectare vineyard at Down Ampney is set to produce a record 15,000 bottles of wine this year.
