ERC grant winners are hanging on for good news
In our last issue, Research Fortnight revealed how winners of grants from the EU’s European Research Council were being cold-called with job offers from overseas. Since then, more details have emerged.
Government funder UK Research and Innovation has also moved to reassure those researchers considering leaving because—while the country remains locked out of EU funding schemes—they cannot access their prestigious ERC grants in the UK.
