‘Climategate 2.0’ email leaks fire up US senator

A new batch of emails from the University of East Anglia (UEA) in the UK that appear to paint some climate scientists contributing to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) in a negative light have been hacked and publicly released.

The 22 November development came a week ahead of the opening of a round of United Nations negotiations on a global climate agreement in Durban, South Africa.
