Research collaborations between US and Russian scientists could be advanced under an agreement reached between the National Science Foundation and the Russian science minister.
A memorandum of understanding aimed at fostering the continued growth of US-Russian science and technology cooperation was signed by NSF director Subra Suresh and the Russian education and science minister, Andrei Fursenko, on 16 December.
