HHS chief under fire for her Plan B decision, as is Obama

The head of the Department of Health and Human Services is under fire for overruling a Food and Drug Administration decision that the emergency contraceptive known as “Plan B” is safe to be sold over the counter to all females of childbearing age.

Reproductive health groups and others are criticizing HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius for her December 7 ruling, and President Obama is also coming under attack for supporting that decision.
