The National Biodefense Science Board (NBSB), a federal advisory committee which advises the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) about preventing and tackling public health emergencies, has appointed seven expert members from outside the federal government.
They will replace members whose four-year terms expire on 31 January, HHS announced on 18 January.
