The National Institutes of Health is recruiting its first-ever Chief Officer for Scientific Workforce Diversity to lead the agency’s effort to diversify the biomedical research workforce.
In a 10 January announcement, NIH described workforce diversification as an “area of critical importance” to the biomedical research field.
