US health agency warns against abusive messages and failures to disclose foreign financial interests

The prompt follows a study by the Office of Inspector General at the Department of Health and Human Services, which said that failures to disclose such information, particularly relating to funding from foreign entities, were a threat to the integrity of NIH research.
