National Academies expert panel makes series of recommendations for authorities and innovators

Medical and health innovation in the United States should be “reoriented” to improve the equity of its methods and outcomes, according to a new report.

An expert panel was asked by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine to develop a framework for improving the equity of cutting-edge medical and health science, technology and innovation.
